The pop-up aimed to provide guests with a multi-layed dining experience, which took diners on a journey, encouraging them to discover the different elements of Ferrero Rocher chocolate. Guests were treated to five mini desserts, each one representing a separate layer of the chocolate. The case melted when a hot liquid chocolate was poured over the top to reveal a silky ganache. Each dining session lasts 45 minutes.

Following this the dining experiences ends with an indulgence in the traditional Ferrero Rocher chocolate which takes centre stage on the dining plate. I was pretty disappointed not to be able to make it along to the preview for Dolce by Ferrero Rocher but my schedule has just been crazy busy lately.
